With/Creators is seeking a detail-oriented, people-centered Junior Programming Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and documentation of our programs and gatherings. This role is perfect for someone who is grounded in community, organized by nature, and excited to learn the behind-the-scenes of cultural production.
You’ll support us with:
– Coordinating logistics for live and digital programs
– Ensuring consistency across our program calendar
– Capturing BTS content on-site (phone or camera)
– Managing communications with guests, vendors, and collaborators
– Staying one step ahead to keep the creative process moving

With/Creators is seeking a curious, intentional, and community-rooted intern to support our research, content, and cultural programming initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves deep-diving into trends, emerging voices, and ideas that move people. A person who believes in the power of storytelling and shared experience.
You’ll support us with:
– Researching cultural trends, communities, and creative thought leaders
– Developing content ideas for social, newsletter, and programming
– Curating references for client decks and internal inspiration
– Supporting content documentation during live events
– Tracking conversations across platforms (Substack, IG, TikTok, etc.)
You’re a strong fit if you:
